Brazil Santos
Brazil is a well known coffee producing giant. They source around one-third of the world's coffee, making them the largest coffee producer in the globe! The hot and humid climate of brazil is fundamental in making it one of the most perfect places to grow coffee. This particular type is a standard specialty quality coffee. Santos coffee beans are hand harvested and dry processed, a method which involves drying the cherries, and removing the beans once the cherries are dried. This process adds a slight fruity flavour to the coffee, resulting in a heavy, sweet, and complex brew.
