Papua New Guinea Jeffrey Usaka
This single estate coffee is sourced from the Obura district in Papua New Guinea’s Eastern Highlands.
Cherries are selectively harvested by hand utilising Brix measurements to ensure optimal sugar content. The cherries are then floated to further select only the densest, highest quality for processing. After de-pulping the coffee undergoes a controlled wet-fermentation for an extended period of 72 hrs, followed by thorough washing. The coffee is then sun dried for 5-7 days until the optimum moisture content has been reached.
