Sumatra Gayo Aceh
Produced in the Central Highlands of Gayo Indonesia at around 1,200 – 1,500 meters. Sumatran coffee is typically known for its full body, however this Gayo coffee has more complexities of flavour and aroma, roundness of sweet-toned acidity, mouthfeel of medium high body, and a clean aftertaste. This coffee has been graded and evaluated to have a distinct dark chocolate aroma and sweet citric with a pronounced hint of herbs and spice.
